what do I use to create my animal art?
I create beautiful realistic hand drawn pet portraits from photos as well as wildlife art.
I am all about, using top-notch reference photos to study animals and their anatomy to bring my artwork to life with stunning accuracy. My most use medium for custom pet portrait are coloured pencils on pastelmat, which lets me layer colours for amazing depth and richness. But that’s not all—I also enjoy painting with watercolours, acrylic, and using pens and markers for those quick sketches.
I have only started drawing custom pet portraits in 2024 when asked by a friend, since then I have completed few commissions. Each piece is more than just a picture on the wall - it's a celebration, cherished keepsake of a wonderful life of our furry friends.
