Art by Eve Martin reserves the right to change these terms and conditions in the future without specifically notifying customers. Continued use of the website or placing of orders after such changes shall be deemed as acknowledgement and acceptance thereof.

Contract Formation

A contract will only come into existence between you, the customer, and Art by Eve Martin once your order has been processed and dispatched.

Customer Warranties

When you place an order via this website, you warrant that:

• You are not a minor or otherwise legally incapable of entering into a binding contract.

• The personal details you provide during registration are fully complete and accurate.

• You are not using a false name or the name of any other person or entity without proper authorisation.

Placement of an Order

By placing an order, you are accepting these terms and conditions. Please ensure that you have read them before proceeding with your order.

Cancellation of an Order

​​

Customers do not have the right to cancel an order once it has been placed. However, if the order is faulty or damaged, you are entitled to replacement. In the case of a faulty item, I will cover the cost of return postage. Please read full details in DELIVERY & RETURN policy. If you decide to return the item due to a change of mind, you can receive a refund, but you will be responsible for covering the return postage costs. Please ensure that the product is returned unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging. For custom pet portraits/ urban drawings you may cancel your order only if the portrait/drawing has not yet been started. In such cases, a booking fee will be retained, and the remainder of your payment will be refunded.

Custom Pet Portraits/custom Urban drawings, paintings

Due to the personalised nature of custom pet portraits/urban drawings, all sales of custom portraits are final, and no refunds are available. For damaged or faulty custom artwork please read more in DELIVERY & RETURN policy. Please ensure that you are fully satisfied with your order details before confirming your purchase.

Acceptance of an Order

Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation sent to the email address provided during checkout. This confirmation will contain details of your order content and prices.

Delivery

Art by Eve Martin takes no responsibility for damage during transport/post or delays caused by factors beyond its control. All products, including custom portraits, will be securely packaged to ensure safe arrival. Read more on deliveries in DELIVERY & RETURN policy.

Returns Policy

​

Art by Eve Martin accepts returns within 14 days for products that are unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging. Custom pet portraits/Custom urban drawings are excluded from this returns policy and are non-refundable. No products may be returned without prior written consent from Art by Eve Martin and are subject to a return charge. Please read more in DELIVERY & RETURN policy.

We also do not make any warranties concerning any matters related to the use of this website.
