I can only post to the UK (excluding N.I). If you would like a delivery outside UK (N.I, Europe, Overseas) please email me for shipping details and quote.

Please note that Art by Eve Martin take no responsibility for delays cause by factors beyond its control. All original artwork including custom pet/urban drawings will be securely packed to ensure safe arrival.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGE

I really hope that you are pleased with your order/product, however if you do require a return or exchange please contact me within 14 days if there is any problem with your order.

Orders must be returned within 30 days of delivery, they must be returned unused, unaltered, in the same condition and original packaging as when you received it.

Custom pet portraits/urban drawings are excluded from this return policy and are non-refundable due to their personalised nature. Please make sure that you are fully satisfied with your order details before confirming your purchase.

Unfortunately I cannot be held responsible for return orders/products lost in the post. Please always use tracked and signed for service with proof of postage. The cost of packaging and returning your order is non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

As mentioned above all artwork is packed securely to ensure safe arrival, however in the unlikely event an artwork has arrived damaged in the post or is faulty please contact me immediately via email or call me directly and I will be happy to resolve the problem. I might require you to email me a photo of damaged product and packaging, I will do my best to issue a replacement and I will refund you the cost of returning the product back to me. Please note that if you are returning custom pet portrait/urban drawing for replacement it might take 4-12 weeks due to its personalised nature.

The copyright of all images, products and artwork on this website remain strictly the property of Eve Martin. If you purchase an original piece of artwork the copyrights remains the property of Eve Martin even if it is a commissioned piece.

You might NOT buy my products to create another product to sell as commercial goods e.g. greetings cards must not be framed and sold as an artwork.
